  • The final week focuses on culmination and reflection with sessions on resume and LinkedIn profile polishing, presentation of capstone projects in two parts, peer feedback and personal growth reflection, career goal planning and future roadmap, and certification ceremony and celebration of learning milestones.
  • Learners will enhance their cognitive and personal development through sessions on critical thinking fundamentals, creative problem-solving methods like SCAMPER, time management tools such as the Eisenhower Matrix and Pomodoro Technique, SMART goal setting and motivation strategies, and self-reflection through guided journaling and vision boards.
  • This week cultivates emotional and professional intelligence with sessions on understanding and applying emotional intelligence, teamwork and collaboration through group activities, conflict resolution and negotiation practices, professional etiquette and workplace behavior, and building impactful resumes and personal branding strategies.
